Wayne is a DSA Approved Driving Instructor with a real passion for turning nervous beginners into confident, capable and genuinely safe drivers for life. He doesn’t just teach you how to pass a test, he teaches you how to own the road with calm decision making, real world awareness and the kind of lasting confidence that stays with you long after you’ve got your licence in hand. He’s also committed to staying at the top of his game, regularly updating his training and teaching methods so his learners benefit from the most modern, effective techniques.

Known for his calm, reassuring manner and unique coaching style, Wayne has built a strong reputation in the community. He works with learners of every age and ability, from first‑timers to those returning after a break, always tailoring each lesson to the person behind the wheel. Outside the car, Wayne is a huge dog lover, he and his wife Anne‑Marie share their home with four of them, and yes, they rule the roost!  And speaking of Anne‑Marie, she’s the one who handles all the admin, messages and social media for Roadstar… so if anything looks a bit quirky online, don’t blame Wayne, blame her (she’s used to it!).

Roadstar is also excited to announce that lessons are now available in Oswestry two days a week, giving even more learners the chance to benefit from Wayne’s calm, confidence‑building approach.
